BLACK WOOD EAR MUSHROOMS (Winter Digestion Guide)
Ingredients:
2 cups black wood-ear mushrooms, soaked and sliced
4 cups water
2 sheets kelp (kombu) 3 scallion stalks
1/4 cup coconut aminos 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Cook for 40 minutes until the mushrooms are tender. Serve with fresh cilantro.
